System updates

System updates today are causing some customers the following issues:

Some icons are missing

Customers are still able to make and receive calls, text messages, SOS and Secure callers list. If you are experiencing this, there is nothing you need to do. The icons will appear again as soon as the issue is resolved.

A black screen

If you have a black screen please call (02) 8660-1390 or email hello@bigpurplephone.com.au  and we will be able to assist you.
